Who are we?

TRU Nursing Solutions is a team dedicated to providing expert home care within the London community.

Our PSW provide extended visits for clients who are medically fragile, chronic/complex care adults, palliative, require pain and symptom management and much more.

Job Summary:
Personal Support Worker are responsible for ADL to foster independence to clients living in the home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide and manage high quality and appropriate care to all individuals and/or families in the community who are assigned to their care
- Comply with all standards, policies, procedures and legislative requirements

Qualifications:

- Current CPR and First Aid certification will be requested
- Experience working with palliative clients peri operative care
- Knowledge of community resources an asset
- Excellent assessment, problem solving and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to operating independently in a variety of situations
- Must have personal vehicle and have both a current driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
- A current and original copy of a clean Criminal Records Check is required upon the start of your employment
- A Vulnerable Sector Search and/or Child Abuse Registry Check may be required
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail; Lift and carry using appropriate lifting techniques; Bend, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs; Hand movements.

**Salary**: $22.00-$34.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All nurses will be required to wear the appropriate PPE

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evenings
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

**Experience**:
