DUTIES
- Commercial lease administration - prepare correspondence, leases, renewals, notices, reports and spreadsheets
- Assistance with contract administration
- Property services administration - enter work orders, purchase orders and maintain an organized and efficient electronic filing system of tenants
- Front desk and tenant relations - first point of contact for the Meadowbrook Leasing Office, answer phones, greet visitors, prepare tenant communications, general inquiries
- General housekeeping duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational/administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills and courteous manners with the public
- Punctual, meticulous, and reliable
- Proficient spoken and written English
- 1-2 years of reception/administrative experience an asset
- Commercial properties experience an asset
- Yardi experience an asset
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, provide proof of a valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance of $1,000,000.
