The Haines Mile Pub has been having it's busiest year ever, and it just keeps going We're looking for a positive and upbeat FOH Supervisor to help us keep up & lead shifts

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system, processing payments efficiently.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with restocking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
