The Haines Mile Pub is looking to add a qualified FOH Supervisor to the team We're looking for energetic, passionate, and more importantly, those with POSITIVE attitudes, to join to team The position will require the ability to properly manage the restaurant, with the option of taking tables as well

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, properly opening and closing the pub
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or complaints

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
- Familiarity with basic math skills for cash handling and making change
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Experience in catering or retail environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $14.00-$17.00 per hour
