Assist in scheduling of a team of service technicians.
- Assist in preparing inspection reports, quotes and purchase orders.
- Assist in pricing of parts, parts orders and managing existing parts database and inventory.
- Assist in the implementation and management of RWC's service and inspection software, including daily operations, assist service technicians, troubleshooting.
- Customer service duties, including communication with existing clients, new clients and suppliers to make sure all their needs are met.
- Answer and direct phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Proficient computer skills mandatory, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database creation and management.
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in service coordinator role required, preferably in the Overhead Crane industry.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
