Our company is looking for a Site Supervisor with extensive residential construction experience and knowledge. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position is responsible for site supervision of various residential renovation construction projects. Such management may include, but is not be limited to: supervision of all trades personnel on the job site (including supervision and scheduling of subcontractors), hands on execution of various construction tasks and activities to meet the high quality, cost and scheduled goals and timeline of each project, as well as various other tasks from time to time. This includes things such as material pickup and delivery, leading, mentoring and supervising construction labourers, answering questions on site, receiving and verifying deliveries on sites, and working with the design team to ensure project details are executed correctly.

**What Success Looks Like**

To be successful in this role, you must have a true passion for renovations and improvements, along with extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of residential construction, including: framing, flooring, painting, woodwork, measuring, installation of cabinets, doors, toilets and tubs, some tile work, drywall and other tasks to finish home renovation projects. Journeyman carpenter ticket is considered an asset. You must be an individual who is motivated to always do more than your best and who takes great pride in their work - you are not satisfied with just good enough - you strive for perfection and do the job right and within timelines. You enjoy working with your hands and enjoy being around and motivating other trades to do their best. You have up to date knowledge in the Alberta building code requirements across all aspects of residential construction. You are a good communicator and an all around awesome human. **Requirements**:

- Ability to work Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility to shift these hours from day to day as needed and some weekend work when required.
- Must have an extensive background in all phases of residential construction and in depth up to date knowledge of Alberta residential building code
- Use of reliable personal vehicle to and from job sites and tools.
- Ability, comfort, skill, and experience managing multiple residential construction projects, each with multiple trades and labourers, and each with varying levels of difficulty
- Utilize strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills to effectively direct labourers and subcontractors on site
- Minimum of 10 years related experience.
- Must be highly qualified, skilled construction specialist with framing experience and the ability to navigate and assess every stage of residential construction. Journeyman Carpenter Ticket is considered an asset.
