**TITLE: STATISTICS - INSTRUCTOR (Sessional) at the Bachelor in Hospitality Managemen**t

We are thrilled to announce that we are hiring Sessional Instructors for our Bachelor of Hospitality Management for the next coming Winter of 2025.
- **STAT224 Introduction to Statistics**_ **-** This course introduces students to descriptive statistics, the analysis of probability in data, and learning statistical observation techniques. The course will cover topics including variation, probability distributions, sampling techniques, regression, and correlation.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time, contract (Sessional)

TERM: Winter 2025 (January, 2025 - April, 2025)

SCHEDULE: Flexible, dependent on the availability and number of courses to teach.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR SESSIONAL INSTRUCTOR:

- 2 years’ experience teaching the same or similar courses at another BC post-secondary institution
- Industry experience will be considered an asset

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Able to prepare detailed lesson plans
- Able to use technology and online teaching technique
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent instructional capability
- Able to maintain professionalism
- Strong Proficiency in English
