We are thrilled to announce that we are hiring Sessional Instructors for our Bachelor of Hospitality Management for the upcoming term (Winter 2026).

TITLE: FOOD PRODUCTION INSTRUCTOR (Sessional)

POSITION OVERVIEW: The ideal candidate will be capable of teaching the following course(s) in our Bachelor of Hospitality Management Degree Program:

  • HOSP230 Food Production - This course examines menu planning and provides students and food production professionals with a broad variety of tested quantity recipes, along with valuable tables, charts, and ready-to-use guidelines for preparing and serving quality food in quantity. 

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Per Term 
TERM: Winter From January 2026 to April weeks)
LOCATION: Surrey, BC: The candidate must be able to commute to our Surrey Central Campus (CC3).
SCHEDULE: According to the courses/per Term.
SALARY: $6,000 to $6,500 per course, per term.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR SESSIONAL INSTRUCTOR:

  • Minimum of a master's degree in the teaching subject area or related field.
  • 2 years of Industry experience and teaching the same or similar courses at another BC post-secondary institution.

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Able to prepare detailed lesson plans
  • Able to use technology and online teaching techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent instructional capability
  • Able to maintain professionalism
  • Strong Proficiency in English
