**AVP, Digital Marketing** who will set the roadmap for our overall digital marketing strategy and manage execution of digital marketing plans for all Geotab brands. You live, breathe and appreciate B2B tech marketing and consider yourself a digital dynamo. You know how the funnel works, digital marketing's impact on it, but also how the B2B buyers’ journey differs from that of B2C. - Lead the team - inspire them, remove roadblocks, acknowledge their challenges, and help them find a fast path to success.
- Develop a transformative and global digital marketing strategy that aligns with corporate and regional business and revenue goals.
- Identify and outline a unified digital journey for prospective and existing customers and partners from awareness to post purchase across all Geotab digital channels and properties.
- Develop and manage global digital marketing campaigns and plans across all Geotab digital channels in support of business objectives including growing awareness, engagement, lead generation, conversion and revenue.
- Work with Geotab’s global agency to manage key strategies and deliver regular reporting including executive-level performance analysis that connects initiatives to bottom line results.
- Leverage and optimize the full range of marketing digital channels based on reputational goals, business objectives, data readiness, target audience preferences, and the overall prospect, customer, and partner experience.
- Evolve owned digital channels leveraging new technologies and strategies to drive engagement, interest and conversions.
- Develop an understanding and build a strategy for account segmentation and activation strategies across digital channels.
- Leverage paid digital channels to precisely target key audiences through ABM and personalized campaigns to drive lead generation and pipeline efforts.
- Provide strategic direction and lead in the creation and development of dynamic and engaging interactive experiences and new online content formats across all digital platforms.
- Increase use of thoughtful personalization that maximizes the use of internal and external data.
- Evolve to cross-channel, multi-step campaigns in partnership with our Marketing Automation team.
- Design customer-centric digital strategy using personas. Lead marketers, UX designers, content strategists and product development teams in tailoring strategies to the mindsets of relevant audiences.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create digital content, assets, and collateral across the entire buyer journey to connect the pain of our target buyers with our solution benefits for improved online conversion.
- Leverage trend analysis, tracking and other reporting across channels to ensure KPAs are met and resources optimized.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to assess digital metrics and trends to improve and/or add functionality, drive higher engagement and longer time spent on site/page, and increase conversions in an effort to improve program performance and ROI.
