**Overview**

**Duties**
- Set up, operate, and dismantle audio-visual equipment for events and presentations.
- Perform regular maintenance on audio-visual systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to audio-visual technology.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.
- Read and interpret schematics related to audio-visual installations.
- Work with low voltage systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize hand tools for installation and repair of equipment.
- Provide technical support during events, addressing any issues that arise promptly.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in audio visual technology or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on computer hardware and telecommunication systems.
- Experience in software troubleshooting related to audio-visual equipment is essential.
