**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Implement policies and procedures for assigned production support unit
- Oversee and manage all event operations
- Provide technical resource-based support for projects
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure adherence to standards and understand production objectives
- Monitor and report project progress, technician's work and challenges to management
- Assist in equipment preparation and recommendations
- Maintain positive communication with clients, staff, attendees, speakers & venue
- Coordinate pre/post event planning and execution
- Develop project timeline and track expenses, maintaining budget integrity

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Minimum 4 years as an Audio Visual Technician required**:

- **Minimum 1 year in Warehouse Management required**:

- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Highly organized & detail oriented
- Demonstrates high integrity
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Must be proficient with the following software:

- Flex
- Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
- Vectorworks “Spotlight” 2013 (or newer)
- If unfamiliar with any of the above programs, training can be provided._

**JOB TYPES**:_**FULL-TIME, PERMANENT.**_

**SCHEDULE**:

- Available Immediately
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**EDUCATION**:

- Post secondary required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $27.00-$40.00 per hour
