ERP Specialist

The first project would be to transition a small business from their current ERP to P21. The next project is to deploy and optimize the use of WMS. After that, the list of opportunities is up to you, as well as your knowledge of our business and how our ERP or its extensions can meet the growing needs of our company.

We have a wealth of experience and knowledge - you won't be left alone. The people you'll be working with, side by side, have great experience and technical skills. We have more support than you could ever imagine. Our CIO has been involved in four ERP implementations. Our CFO has intimate knowledge of the manufacturing plant (your first project) where he implemented the ERP we need to leave.

**About the position**
- Lead the installation, configuration, implementation tests and production start-up of the manufacturing module of our ERP.
- Assist in identifying company-wide training needs to facilitate the implementation of the system and coordinate end-user training.
- Participate in the maintenance of the ERP system.
- Participate in the analysis and configuration for improved use of the ERP software within the company.
- Assist in the selection and implementation of new systems, equipment and branch integration.
- Conduct training for staff affected by changes on specific operations.
- Ensure system security and data integrity.
- Keep abreast of new and emerging technologies.
- Prepare educational materials related to training;
- Accompany staff during the implementation of new systems.
- Proactively participate in the entire implementation project process (project launch, follow-up/control, project closure)
- Participate in the migration from the desktop version of our ERP to the web version
- Document management

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information management or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of a small business environment
- Knowledge of Prophet 21 ERP is an important asset
- Experience with an ERP system;
