**About Us**

We are a small but mighty Real Estate team that believes that exceptional service begins with outstanding people. We are dedicated to provide the ultimate real estate experience for buyers, sellers, and investors by surpassing expectations with everything we do.

Currently, we are on the hunt for a dynamic **Marketing Coordinator** who can bring creativity and resourcefulness to the team. This individual will be instrumental in crafting and implementing both digital and print marketing campaigns, promotion of our brand, client care, event planning and execution & management of some larger office initiatives.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong market research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing
- Graphic design skills and experience with CanvaPro or similar
- A successful track record of creating fun and engaging social media advertising on all platforms including TikTok
- Experience in planning and managing a content calendar and running digital campaigns, including paid ads and analyzing performance metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
- Interested or experience in the Dufferin-Caledon real estate market
- Using AI to enhance (but not replace) human-written copy
- Experience with website optimization and SEO
- MUST have a valid Ontario Drivers License and vehicle

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
