**Position**:We are currently seeking a full time **Sales & Marketing Coordinator **at our Orangeville manufacturing facility.
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales team and also assist us in the implementation of our company’s marketing and social media strategy. The role requires a strategic approach to enhance online presence and drive traffic, leads, and sales through various digital channels. The team member must fulfill their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the mission and values of The Data Cable Co. Inc. and in line with the strategic goals of the company.
**Job Type**: Full-time, Monday to Friday
**Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following**:
**Marketing**:
- Social Media Marketing - Create concise, eye-catching, and creative social media posts that engages audience, and growing the company’s presence through blogs, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties.
- Keeping up to date with all the latest social media trends and adapt to social media strategy to boost social media traffic.
- Develop campaign reports, analyze the results, and refine the social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement levels and drive sales.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) such as a target number of community views, likes or shares for social media campaigns.
**Sales**:
- Prospect new and dormant accounts
- Processing customer returns
- Provide support to complete any other tasks as assigned by the Manager
- Ensure a safe working environment and participate in the Internal Responsibility System where everyone shares the responsibility of safety
- Ensure that your behaviours contribute to a positive working environment, effective working relationships, and thorough communications with the team
- Follow all procedures and work instructions in accordance with the Quality Management System and actively participate in the review and updating of the system as required
**JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS**:
- Diploma/degree in Business or Communications preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective deadline management and project management skills
- Strong interpretive skills to analyze technical information
- Experience in Google analytics and other measurement tools that will gauge the success of initiatives
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Marketing which includes managing social media platforms
- Ability to provide examples of previous or current projects online for quality assessment.
**What We Offer**:
