**IT Infrastructure Operations & Security Team Lead**
- Creation and maintenance of Network & Server System architectures and documentations.
- Design and develop frameworks that are scalable for a growing Global IT Infrastructure system.
- Monitor and maintain Cloud based Infrastructure to support PaaS, SaaS & IaaS.
- Plan, design, and engineer security solutions and services by evaluating security technologies, developing requirements for local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), routers, firewalls, and related network security devices.
- Work closely with Security Office to design and implement Identity and Access management, Privileged Access management on-prem & Cloud security.
- Conduct status update meetings with technical team members and delegate tasks and provide oversight on project implementations.
- Co-ordinate and provide technical guidance to IT Operations team as part of Incident Management.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with corporate policies, standards, and industry best practices.
- Design & maintain all aspects of IT Infrastructure principles (OS, Cloud, Virtualization, IT operations, IT automation, Backup and Disaster recovery, Configuration management, API management etc.)
- Solid understanding and experience in managing a large scale M365 environment including Exchange mailboxes, recovery and retention, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams & Azure technologies.
- Ensure all Hardware Systems supporting the Global IT Infrastructure is properly accounted, maintained, and patched periodically.
- Maintain IT Operations SLA by always keeping all the critical systems operational.
- Automation everywhere and DevOps mindset.
- Assist in recruitment and training of IT Operations staff.
- Share knowledge and educate new and existing team members on overall IT Infrastructure.
- Be a mentor to 5+ IT Operations staff who will be reporting directly to this position.
- University degree, certification, or equivalent experience in IT Infrastructure, Security and Cloud technologies.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an IT Infrastructure or operations supervisory role.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working on Enterprise IaaS, PaaS, SaaS deployments.
- 4+ years’ experience in Azure technologies, M365, Identity and Access Management, Security Operations
- Experience in vendor negotiations and contract managements. (Citrix, Data Centers, Azure Cloud etc.)
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and new business concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
- Possesses strong scripting skills, including proficiency with PowerShell, to automate IT Operations tasks and ensure the scalability and reliability of the IT Infrastructure system.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible and be able to develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines.

**Considered an asset**:

- Azure Architect or Administrator certificates.
- TOGAF
- Industry recognized IT Security certifications.
- PMP, ITIL
