The Opportunity The WCB is currently seeking a Director, IT Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President & Chief Technology Officer, the Director, I&O is responsible for envisioning and driving transformation of the I&O function, including strategic planning, evolving the operating model, service innovation and workforce enablement. The scope of work extends to WCB's core IT computing environment including both on‑premises and cloud data centres. As a key member of the senior IT leadership team, this role contributes to the development and execution of the enterprise‑wide IT strategy and provides oversight of the WCB's IT infrastructure, IT service management processes, end‑user support services, network and telecommunication systems, and production support functions.
