Job Description

As an Infrastructure and Security Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure and scalable technology solutions across various domains, including network, systems, and security. Working within our Professional Services team, you will collaborate with clients to assess their environments, develop robust architectures, and deliver high-quality infrastructure projects. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations in both hybrid and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions.
  • Provide expert consultation on network, systems, and security best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop and deliver detailed architectural designs and implementation plans.
  • Support and maintain existing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure and security.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure and security solutions.
  • Strong expertise in network, server, and cloud technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and relevant compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with hybrid and enterprise IT environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
