En tant qu'Assistant Directeur Général, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la supervision des opérations quotidiennes du restaurant, en assurant un service exceptionnel et en maintenant des normes élevées de qualité et de satisfaction de la clientèle.

Responsabilités:
Aider le Directeur Général à gérer tous les aspects du restaurant thaïlandais, y compris le service du petit-déjeuner, du déjeuner et du dîner.

Fournir un leadership et des conseils au personnel du restaurant, en assurant un environnement de travail positif et cohérent.

Surveiller et maintenir d'excellentes normes de service à la clientèle, en assurant la satisfaction des clients et en traitant rapidement et efficacement toutes les préoccupations ou problèmes.

Superviser la formation et le développement du personnel du restaurant, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient bien informés sur le menu, les protocoles de service et l'interaction avec les clients.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at the Thai restaurant located within the Hotel Warwick Montreal. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the Thai restaurant, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff, ensuring a positive and cohesive work environment.

Monitor and maintain excellent customer service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Oversee the training and development of the restaurant staff, ensuring they are well-versed in the menu, service protocols, and customer engagement.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, timely food preparation, and consistent quality.

Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.

Monitor and control costs, including labor and food expenses, to meet budgetary goals and maximize profitability.

Implement and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all local regulations and guidelines.

Assist in developing and executing marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
