We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to support our team as we continue to grow and raise the bar.

THE ROLE

As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and ownership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, uphold service standards, and lead a dynamic team. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership, accountability, and a deep passion for hospitality. You are expected to bring structure, energy, and initiative to everything you do.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing daily operations of front-of-house and back-of-house
- Lead by example in providing warm, professional, and efficient guest service
- Motivate and train staff, ensuring alignment with company values and procedures
- Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Enforce hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Act as the point person when senior leadership is off-site
- Contribute to team morale, communication, and workplace culture
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2-3 years of experience in hospitality management or leadership role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and proactive
- Bilingual (English and French) strongly preferred
- Available mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Food safety certification is an asset
- Deep appreciation for good food, good coffee, and good people
