**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in commercial spaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct thorough custodial duties such as restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within designated timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs or issues.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the overall upkeep of the premises.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients promptly.
- Lift heavy objects when required, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or customer service roles is a plus.
