Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.

**Duties**:

- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Use hand tools and power tools for cleaning tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Provide excellent customer service to building occupants
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning duties within designated timeframes

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to clean thoroughly
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
- Proficient in time management to complete tasks efficiently

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
