We’re hiring a **Customer Service Representative** **(CSR)**to support two dynamic companies. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—booking service calls, responding to inquiries, and keeping things running smoothly.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Book service appointments and sold estimates
- Enter/update customer info in our system
- Light dispatch duties on rotating Saturdays
- Recommend solutions or route requests to the right department
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure excellent service

**What You Bring**:

- Customer service experience (plumbing or trades is a plus)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Solid data entry and computer navigation skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Experience with Service Titan and Google Suites is a bonus
