About the role:
We are looking to hire a motivated Training Coordinator who will be responsible for delivering instruction and training to ensure that the company staff have the necessary skills, education and knowledge. You will be in charge of developing curricula, recommending programs, formulating training outlines and determining instructional methods.

You will also be responsible for performing administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs. Furthermore, you will be required to evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs, using relevant evaluation data to make revisions or recommend changes to instructional objectives and methods. Lastly, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing training and development needs.

This is also a rewarding position as it allows you to be a part of the development of staff and their growth.

This would be a Full-Time Remote position

We are looking for someone in the US time zones.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

- Delivers group and individual instruction and training covering to ensure staff have all the information, skills, education and knowledge necessary to accurately perform assigned duties
- Develops training curricula and/or recommend programs that meet instructional goals and objectives
- Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs
- Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training and development programs and utilize relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
- Analyzes and assesses training and development needs
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

** Requirements**
- 3+ years of experience in delivering training sessions and individual instruction to employees
- Experience in teaching, training, or instructional design
