We are looking for a Training and Communication Coordinator, Shared Services.

The Training and Communication Coordinator, Shared Services, provides administrative, planning, and training delivery support to Plan Sponsor Services (PSS) and Operational Excellence (OpEx) leaders and staff.

**What you will do**
- Preparing and posting communications, learning, and reference materials to the PSS Team sites on SharePoint.
- Coordinating and managing departmental communications across all of PSS.
- Coordinating and managing the onboarding process for new hires and internal transfers across all of PSS.
- Collaborate with other departments across PSS to create and maintain security and software profiles for onboarding new hires for different roles
- Planning, executing, and managing the back-end production and pre

- training tasks in partnership with the Quality & Training Delivery team in Operational Excellence.
- Managing and supporting OpEx team sites and systems (Learning Management System (LMS), ADONIS, SharePoint, etc.

- Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related specialized education (i.e Business/System Analysis, Finance, etc.)
- Drives results and contributes to change processes that improve organizational performance
- Possesses a continuous improvement orientation
- Winning attitude; strong commitment to success
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure within restrictive timelines and competing priorities
- Effective communicator amongst varied audiences and challenging circumstances; demonstrates ability to communicate and collaborate with various peers and leaders across business functions and departments
- Ability to plan learning sessions for various roles
- Demonstrated ability to develop, engage and motivate team to provide high-quality service (customer satisfaction, quality improvement, adherence to processes, etc.)
