Since 2020, ClearEstate offers technology-enabled services, designed to handle all estate planning and settlement needs. We are building an end-to-end tech-enabled service to alleviate the procedural and emotional burdens of estate planning and settlement.

**What we're looking for**

As a Junior Estate Professional reporting into the Estate Solutions Manager, you will:

- **Facilitate**:Act as a facilitator with external liaisons such as Notaries, Lawyers, Tax Accountants, government authorities and financial institutions.
- **Document drafting**:draft letters and other correspondence to clients and other external 3rd parties.
- **First point of contact for clients**: answer phones and redirect calls as needed.
- **Research**: Perform legal research to best support our internal and external clients as needed.
- **Knowledge Management**: compile and organize research to make it easily accessible and digestible.
- **Deliver quality customer service**:Support our Estate Professionals by assisting with day to day needs using a team player approach.
- **Collaborate with all teams**:Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to further develop ClearEstate.

**Who you are**
- **1-2 years** of relevant experience in a legal or trust office setting;
