Hatch is currently seeking to hire a junior/intermediate Structural Technician to join his Montreal office team.

**Area of expertise**:

- Planning, design and construction of heavy industrial buildings and related equipment supports and infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- 3D modeling of steel and concrete structures
- 2D drawings of structures and foundations from 3D model extractions
- Estimation of quantities
- Review of shop drawings
- Familiarization and use of internal drawing management tools
- Participation in the multidisciplinary design and coordination process

**Requirements**:

- Have a recognized degree
- 0 to 10 years of experience in computer aided drafting/modeling
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team
- Have good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work with Bentley software (MicroStation, Aecosim, Open Building Designer, etc.)
- Bilingualism an asset (French and English)
