**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage the work of subcontractors and laborers.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with project managers on budgeting and construction estimating tasks.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the commercial construction industry is essential.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control processes is necessary.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
