The RM Auto Group is currently seeking a **Part-Time Front Desk**Receptionist** to work approximately 3-4 days a week.

In this role, you are our client’s first interaction. This is a fast-paced position that requires answering and directing phone calls, providing exemplary customer service, and completing data entry.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- A professional and friendly demeanor.
- A knowledge or interest of the automotive industry is considered an asset.

**Here’s what you will be responsible for**:

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with customer enquiries on their vehicles for the service department.
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication within the dealership.
