We're looking for an experienced Office Admin & Bookkeeper to help keep our office running smoothly and our records in top shape.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Prepare payroll and maintain payroll documentation
- Process invoices, deposits, and bill payments
- Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements
- Track crop production and financial statistics
- Prepare year-end financial information for accountants
- Coordinate and administrate our Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program
- Schedule trucking and prepare export documentation
- Manage office supply procurement
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Provide timely financial and production data as required

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong organizational and time management skills across multiple companies
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with agricultural operations is an asset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to stay focus and on task with multiple interruptions

**How to Apply**

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
