**Compensation, Schedule, and Position Details**:
**It is an hourly position at the rate of $18.00 per hour. The working hours are Monday - Friday for approximately 4 hours for 4 or 5 days per week from 9:00/9:15/9:30/10:00 am - 1:00/1:15/1:30/2:00 pm. The hours will be flexible and vary, depending on business needs. This position will be performed on-site at our Gormley offices located at 2402 Stouffville Rd (Highway 404 & Stouffville Road). We are not accessible by public transit so having your own vehicle is a must, but we do offer free parking.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing various accounts payable requests like expense reports, inventory vouchers, cheque runs, and other administrative duties as needed to support the administration team
- Scanning an assortment of incoming mail for various personnel throughout the organization
- Handling input, summary, and data entry for monthly credit account statements
- Filing various accounts payable documents
- Preparing cheque packages for mail-out
- Performing a daily post office run
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of general accounting procedures and principles along with a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
- A degree or diploma (or working towards) in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance. Or 2 years+ comparable working experience (i.e., Accounts Payable, Receivable, Bookkeeper, or Bank Teller)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Very strong computer skills
