We are a small and reputable renovation and maintenance company seeking a skilled and versatile Painter/Drywaller to join our team. As a painter/drywaller, you will play a crucial role in performing a wide range of tasks related to residential and commercial construction, renovations, maintenance and repairs. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to various projects while utilizing your expertise in drywalling and painting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and prepare drywall for priming
- Repair different damaged surfaces for painting.
- Prepare sites for drywall and painting by utilizing protective measures
- Assist in construction and renovation projects, performing tasks such as drywalling, taping, mudding, sanding, priming, painting.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during projects and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- End of day reporting done through company utilized software system.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a painter/drywaller or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in painting and drywalling
- Proficiency in using various tools for painting and drywalling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This position is part time leading to full time depending on skills and company fluidity.

Please note that there may be times where after hours work is needed as we do work with commercial businesses that require maintenance to be done after or before business hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
