**Hourly wage**: 27.50 to 30.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week.

**Duties and Tasks**
- Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted.
- Repair cracks and holes
- Brush waterproofing cement or other material over insulating materials
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and priming
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of painting equipment and tools
- Follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a painter in the construction industry
- Solid knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Brush painting
- Roller painting
- Surface preparation experience
- Drywall taping/patching
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
