**Proactive Health & Performance Clinic is an integrative sports health clinic that is looking for a motivated part-time patient experience coordinator to join our team**

**Duties**:

- Responsible for patient experience, providing excellent customer service.
- Organizing work space.
- Dealing with insurance companies, WSIB, and MVA.
- Upholding all Covid-19 regulations and safety procedures.

**We are looking for**:

- Basic computer skills
- Customer service skills
- Organization skills
- Flexible hours
- Communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Previous administrative experience not required, but is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CALEDON, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: One location
