**Job Summary**
ChatterBlock is looking for a **Content Coordinator** to be the bridge between our Victoria-area families and family-friendly activity providers who rely on us. In this role you will:

- **Own the weekly newsletter** - curate the best local events, weave in sponsored features, write engaging copy, and send our “What’s Happening in Victoria” edition that thousands of parents read.
- **Deliver friendly support** - respond to questions from parents and clients, troubleshooting issues and celebrating success stories.
- **Grow our reach (optional)** - plan and publish social-media content that spotlights standout activities, drives newsletter sign-ups, and strengthens community engagement.

**Your job looks like...**
- Communicate with local camps, classes, and kid-friendly businesses to gather fresh schedules, photos, and promos, updating their ChatterBlock listings in a timely manner.
- Curate, write, and schedule our newsletters, seamlessly blending sponsored features with hand-picked family activities.
- Provide friendly first-line support to parents and partners, troubleshooting questions, resolving minor technical issues, and escalating tickets when needed.
- Track newsletter and support metrics (opens, clicks, response times) and report actionable insights to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align newsletter themes and provider outreach with broader content and growth initiatives.
- Draft and publish social-media posts that amplify top listings and newsletter highlights, fostering an active local community (as skillset allows).
