**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper medication management.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Assist with mobility and physical exercises to promote physical health.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document patient care activities accurately and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team.
- Provide specialized care for clients with specific needs such as dementia care or hospice care when required.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in home care, senior care, or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with medication administration and patient care protocols is highly desirable.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or those requiring specialized care is a plus.
- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and their families.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and understanding while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
