We are currently seeking an Account Manager with a focus within the corporate, mid-market sector. In this role you will help our company succeed and grow by providing exceptional day-to-day service to Commercial Lines clients.
**What will you do?**
- Oversee the day-to-day servicing of the book working with clients and our producers
- Review client’s current coverage and exposures, loss experience and analyze risk to determine the product/service requirements
- Input and update claims and new client information
- Assist with client inquiries or rush assignments as requested
- Know customers and fully understand their needs
- Negotiate with our insuring partners for best solutions for clients risk transfer options
- Document all communications and interactions with clients, carriers, and others
- Preparing and forwarding binders for renewals as instructed
- Manage client accounts receivables

**Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-years Commercial Lines experience, either from a brokerage or insurance company preferred
- R.I.B.O license and/or working towards C.I.P or C.A.I.B designations is an asset
- Interpersonal, strong communication and listening skills are crucial for this position
- Driven and results oriented
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Enjoy being a team player
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
