**Title: Accounting Manager**

**Salary Range**: $75,000 - $85,000

**Requirements**:

- People Management

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee the preparation of monthly schedules
- Prepare monthly corporate income tax accruals and reconcile the tax accounts
- Prepare bank reporting
- Assist with the preparation of cash flow projections
- Document, monitor and enforce key controls with a focus on minimizing risks
- Assist with the preparation of operating and capital budgets and forecasts, working closely with all departments
- Plan and coordinate the year end review preparation
- Ensure the team is cross trained on all functions
- Ensure compliance with tax filing requirements
- Experience with project accounting preferred

**Qualifications**:

- CPA designation
- Undergraduate degree/diploma in Accounting or Finance
- Strong computer skills - above average familiarity with Microsoft Excel and adoption to new technology
- Excellent communication skills and well organized
- Able to work as part of a team
