THE POSITION
The cabinetry Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely project completion, communicating installation timelines to the customer, processing all deficiencies, and managing installer and delivery schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
- Strong follow up
- Strong interpersonal skills & conflict management
- Ability to work independently & part of a team
- Project management experience (2+ years)
- Industry related experience in planning and scheduling preferred
- Proficient with a computer & MS Office
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and written

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate delivery and installation timelines to Customers
- Communicate installation schedules & job plans to installers
- Touch base daily with installers on project progress
- Plan out delivery routes in logical order for each day
- Communicate with Sales on project status
- Process deficiencies & manage through to completion
- Identify schedule delays, supply chain delays, capacity constraints
- Collaborate with Shop Management on project schedules
- Respond to Customer and Co-worker inquiries in a timely manner
- Adhere to company’s safety policies
- Develop processes and procedures
- Other duties as required

Top of the market pay + Bonus (based on production goals)
NEXT STEPS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
