**Overview**:
Our client is a is a **People Counting**, **Smart Parking Guidance**, **Internet of Things**, and **Security Systems** solutions provider. Based in Richmond Hill ON. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our client team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the seamless execution of technology integration projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with Sales, IT, clients, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure all project activities are carried out efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk logs.
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.
- Communicate project status updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Track project progress and identify potential issues or risks, working with the project team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues to maintain positive relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and contracts.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation.
- Support project managers in monitoring project expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a project coordinator or similar role in a technology-focused environment. Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
