(and in great standing) - Proven track record in customer satisfaction. - Minimum of 1-2 years Sales experience. (automotive dealership sales experience is a definite asset but not required) - Friendly and a positive attitude towards our team and customers. - Strong computer skills. - **Job Duties;**_ - Working closely with customers to identify their wants and needs in a new or pre-owned vehicle while promoting the brand and endorsing F&I products. - Creating comfortable relationships and rapport over the phone and in person with every customer who walks through the door while delivering above average customer service. - Call and follow up with customers as per training, policies, and procedures from our Sales Management Team. - Following up on lease portfolios and sales lead through our CRM. - Follow all OMVIC regulations at all times. - **Why work for Welland Toyota and the Willowdale Auto Group?**_ At Welland Toyota, we want you to succeed We create an environment where work feels like home away from home.
