The Social Media Specialist will be asked to join our photographers, videographers, and clients on site - at properties that will be listed for sale - to create unique visual content. Once captured, the editing, organization, and delivery of the content can be completed from their personal workspace/workstation/devices.

Further, they will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing data from social media platforms to further develop our company's and client's social media presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help create social media products, services, and packages that can be offered and sold to our clients
- Meet at properties that will be listed for sale with a positive and professional attitude
- Develop, shoot, and deliver unique social media content
- Collaborate with primary photographers and videographers to integrate their work into social feeds
- Schedule on-brand posts to our social feeds
- Interact with relative social accounts to generate new business
- Communicate with clients to create and deliver content that works for their company and brand
- Occasionally assist with creative media projects
- Occasionally assist primary photographers and videographers on site

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in social media marketing, digital media, or equivalent experience in producing and managing successful social media platforms
- A knack for recognizing social media ‘noise’ and delivering quality content
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Access to photo/video devices, tools, and software to create and deliver content
- Experience in graphics, visual arts, design, and music
- Knowledge of Interior Design is a plus
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and self manage workloads
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Access to a personal vehicle
- Willing to travel within Halton/Hamilton/GTA Regions
- Open weekday availability, including some occasional evenings
- Criminal record check
- Being a kind, respectful, and FUN person

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
