**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with consultants regarding drawings and other project related matters
- Coordination with City of Surrey/Langley during development and construction phase of the project
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in the coordination of project development activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor progress on various projects, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Assist with preparation and execution of overall Execution/Work Plans and schedules.
- Organize and maintain project site files and documents; manage electronic document databases and/or file sharing sites. Ensure that files are saved promptly and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documents for the project. This includes: drawings, plans, submittals, change orders, document logs, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with consulting engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding the contract, change notices, design revisions, RFIs, RFQs, etc.
- Prepare for and participate in meetings with the project team, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and distribute accurate/detailed meeting minutes in a timely manner.
- Maintain project compliance to cost codes
- Assist the site supervisor with field staff administrative duties as required.
- Routinely visit project site and interact with site supervisor and site crews.
- Assist with final quality document turnover to the client at project completion.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in wood frame/condo projects in the Lower Mainland
- Familiarity with project management software like Bluebeam
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting information clearly.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:_
- Comfortable working in a team environment and adding value by providing input as required.
- Ability to problem solve either within a team or on your own, asking for assistance only when required.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Be a good listener and be willing to learn through observation and absorbing knowledge from coworkers.
- Understand how to prioritize workload and be responsive.
- Paying attention to detail and identifying potential issues in a proactive manner.
- Comfortable with conflict or ‘difficult’ conversations with clients and colleagues.
