**MILESTONE BUILDER GROUP** is a residential home builder in Edmonton and area and we are seeking an Assistant Site Superintendent to join our team of dedicated employees.

The Assistant Site Superintendent assists the Site Superintendent with maintenance, safety, quality control, warranty, and deficiency repair of multiple residential construction sites in one or more subdivisions.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assist in adherence to building code and corporate safety requirements on sites.
- Maintain construction sites by ensuring they are clear of garbage and debris, installing locks and signage on homes, moving building materials, water pumping, sweeping & pressure washing, installing basement windows, performing snow removal, ensuring that access into and out of home sites are safe and clean (this includes stairs, ramps, guardrails, sidewalks, and driveways).
- Assist with framing repairs, minor taping and paint repairs, window install, cabinet and flooring touch-ups, door adjustment, cleaning, and stair and handrail installation.
- Install and maintain temporary walkways, stairs, ramps, and handrails to ensure safe access on construction sites.
- Assist with quality control checks at the foundation, framing, insulation and pre-occupancy stages.
- Other related duties as instructed.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 2 years experience in residential construction is preferred.
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- A reliable vehicle is required as work may vary by location (truck).
- Must have a clean Driver's Abstract.

This position works primarily on job sites throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas in all weather conditions.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
