**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:

- Oversee the entire construction process from start to finish.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Help develop and maintain a detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely progress.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel.
- Provide clear direction, support, and oversight to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular site meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and plan upcoming tasks.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets the highest standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any issues or deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used.

**Safety Management**:

- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
- Address and resolve any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

**Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site activities and communications.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any technical issues.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders on project status and progress.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Ensure all necessary permits and inspections are obtained and documented.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, costs, and any issues encountered.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in multi-story residential construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
