The Delnor safety team has worked hard to implement a cutting-edge, paperless safety program for our staff that is streamlined and flexible, allowing each of our Delnor superintendents to take ownership of the safety culture at their work sites.

**Who is a Delnor Superintendent?**

**A Delnor site superintendent is ultimately a team player and a coach**.

Preferred Education:

- Journeyperson Carpenter certification or equivalent.
- 5+ years as a certified Journeyperson with 2+ years supervising construction sites preferred.
- CSTS and First Aid certifications.

Other Specifications:

- Must have your own transportation, with the flexibility to work at any site within Edmonton and its area.
