- Benefits include: _
- A competitive Salary (with the proper work-ethic and motivation, you’ll clear $70,000 - $90,000 / year)_
- Starting base compensation is $40,000 / Year_
- Commission in addition to base salary (easily amounting to an additional $200 - 2,000 / month, depending on the employee)_
- Bonuses in addition to base salary (paid quarterly and annually)_

- You can, realistically, expect to learn everything you need to know about: Flipping; Wholesaling; Long-term (ie residential) rentals; Short-term (i.e. Airbnb) rentals; etc._
- In other words: if you’re interested in developing your understanding of the real estate industry, this position may be for you._
- Responsibilities (in order of importance): _
- Take incoming phone calls; ensure that leads receive prompt & accurate attention._
- Make outgoing phone calls; follow up with leads consistently & set reminders._
- Provide concierge support for all other inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the seller does not get mishandled._
- Maintain, service, and promote additional marketing efforts as needed; and_
- Assist in diagnosing systemic problems within the company; take proactive steps to correcting the issues and preserving knowledge gained through collaboration, refining the idea and, eventually, the creation of new procedures._
- Qualifications: _
- Management or Supervisory experience in a call centre setting._
- Demonstrated ability to work well with customers._
- Good time management skills._
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers._
- Consistent record of service and sales success._
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results._
- Team oriented and self-motivated._
- Able to work with little supervision._
- Experience in a Real Estate setting would be an asset._
