ORESTA is a clean beauty boutique + holistic skin care clinic based in Ottawa, ON. We have curated a selection of clean beauty skin care, hair care, personal care and makeup brands. Established in 2001, ORESTA is a trusted voice in an unregulated beauty industry and is a recognized pioneer in clean beauty retail. We are committed to healthy beauty, we challenge conventional ingredient standards and believe that consumers should never have to compromise their health for beauty.
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager for our Glebe location. The position is a permanent position - 30+ hour/week.
ORESTA's mission is to guide people about the products they put on their bodies. Our in-store store staff are informed, passionate advocates for clean beauty and provide exceptional in store customer service.
You are at the heart of our customers’ experience offering skin care guidance in a welcoming, supportive and inspiring space. You are customer service and sales driven, passionate about clean beauty and empowering women to look and feel radiant and beautiful.
**Responsibilities**:
- Key Holder
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Offer skin care guidance and product recommendations
- Meet sales goals by educating clients on various brands and products
- Meet sales goals
- Manage sales transactions through Shopify POS
- Maintain store and visual merchandising standards
- Assists with product inventory control and maintenance, including ordering, receiving and stocking
- Support the team in various tasks, as needed

- 2 years Retail Sales + Customer Service experience
- Available to work Tuesday to Saturdays
