**Position Overview**

The Junior Beauty Advisor is responsible for all aspects of the customer service activities in compliance with company standards while maintaining Cloré’s brand image.

The main goal of Junior Beauty Advisors is to maintain a functional yet welcoming store environment, through exceptional courteous customer service and store appearance.

As a Junior Beauty Advisor your main responsibilities are:

- Deliver and maintain the Cloré’s standard of courteous customer service and professionalism
- Become familiar with specific customer needs in order to learn to answer questions professionally, and also be able to offer practical advice
- Keep up to date and promote special promotions, displays and events (eg. Seasonal sales and in store promotions)
- Monitor sales floor for loss prevention issues and report to the management asap

**Additional Information**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
