We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate for our clean beauty boutique. The position is a permanent position - 30 hour/week at our Glebe location.

You are at the heart of our customers’ experience offering honest skin care guidance in a welcoming, supportive and inspiring space. You are customer service and sales driven, passionate about clean beauty and empowering women to look and feel radiant and beautiful.

**Responsibilities**:

- Key Holder
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Offers skin care guidance and product recommendations
- Manage sales transactions through Shopify POS
- Maintain store and visual merchandising standards
- Assists with product inventory control and maintenance, including ordering, receiving and stocking
- Creative and innovative
- Supports the team in various tasks, as needed

- Available to work weekdays and Saturdays

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be working alongside the Retail Manager in all aspects of sales and upkeep. You will drive performance, build relationships and will be a part of many different facets of the business.

You will be a part of a dynamic team working in a welcoming and supportive environment.
