**Job Description**:
With over 15 years of experience, the Technology Group’s Narrative Product team proposes solutions that allow Ubisoft’s Productions to create powerful narrative experiences.

We are currently developing a new line of products that use emerging technologies (e.g., text-to-speech, natural language processing, computer-assisted translation) and that will allow narrative content creators to push the limits.

To ensure that our solutions are as effective as possible, we are looking to add a product specialist to our team to help design new features and optimize our existing products.

As a product specialist, reporting to the product manager, you will be the point of reference for users of the solutions offered by Narrative. You will also support the Narrative Production team in all matters related to the use of our solutions in a production context.

**What you’ll do**
- Participate in the different **phases of product development** (concept, user story creation, user satisfaction analysis, etc.).
- Establish the **level of quality** required to deploy new features.
- Contribute to product **development** by suggesting improvements.
- Manage **priorities** within the backlog.
- Develop **effective processes** with cross-functional teams.
- In collaboration with the UX team, **monitor **the processes and tools used in production.
- Act as the **first point of contact** for users requiring product support.
- Contribute to the development of the **onboarding** process.
- ** Demonstrate **the products and ensure their **assimilation** by the clientele.
- Share **best practices** and establish relationships among community members
- Produce **documentation**, **training**, and **communication** materials related to the deployment of new features.

- Analytical, problem-solving thinking
- Effective communication skills
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of game development tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL
